PLEASE NOTE: Velotech policy requires participants to have the previous levels in order to get a valid certification.
-Trainees need to have achieved the Bronze Award to undertake the Silver course, and must have Bronze and Silver Awards to attend the Gold course.
-Trainees need to at least 4 weeks practise consolidation in between course levels.
This is a non-negotiable policy active October 2023.

 

Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your course place we will transfer you to another course where possible.

If a transfer is not possible, the following cancellation charges will apply:

• For cancellations less than two weeks but more than one week before the course delivery date, 25% of the fee will be charged.
• For cancellations one week or less but more than 48 hours before the course delivery date, 50% of the fee will be charged.
• For cancellations 48 hours or less before the course delivery date, the full course fee will be charged.

On occasion, unforeseen circumstances or an insufficient number of attendees may require us to cancel a course. In such circumstances you will be given as much notice as possible and either offered other course dates or a full refund will be paid.
